Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor–Related Pneumonitis: Real-World Incidence Analysis in Lung Cancer Patients

Analisi real-world dell'incidenza di polmonite indotta da inibitori del checkpoint immunitario (CIP) in pazienti con tumore al polmone trattati con immunoterapia. Coorte retrospettiva di 10 anni presso AOU Pisana (~1.000 pazienti). I trial registrano CIP rate 2,7-4,1%, il real-world dice 10-19%: il 20% steroid-refractory con alta mortalità.
