Valerio’s personal challenges all go in one direction: raising funds for cancer research and supporting projects together with Strongers Social Club.
Trifecta goal
This challenge is the second and toughest of the three Spartan Races that Valerio will tackle in 2024 to earn the famous TRIFECTA, the triple medal awarded to those who complete the three different races: 5 km, 10 km and 21 km.
Valerio and his group of friends have thrown themselves into a titanic undertaking: the Spartan Race Beast.
An infernal 21-kilometre course studded with 30 obstacles that will test every muscle and every fibre of their bodies for more than 6 hours.
Each obstacle is a challenge in itself, designed to push participants beyond their limits. The Tyrolean Traverse, an aerial rope crossing, the Spear Throw, which demands both strength and precision, and the unmissable Fire Jump, leaping through flames, are just some of the obstacles awaiting them.
To take on a test like this, months of intensive training were needed. Valerio and his friends have worked hard to be ready for this challenge.
The Spartan Race Beast is not just a race, but a true test of endurance, determination and team spirit.
But for Valerio, the Spartan Race Beast is much more than a simple sporting challenge. It is a way to turn pain into hope.
Driven by a deep desire to support Strongers, he has decided to dedicate this feat to research into lung cancer.
