€3,000 funds one year of research. Donations start at €5.
Every euro donated to Strongers goes directly into mini-grants for under-40 young oncologists studying lung cancer. Statutory ETS constraint: funds do not finance the association's operating costs but go to the researcher, not the laboratory.
We don't ask for trust. We prove it.
Where your donation goes
The 5×1000 costs you nothing: it's a portion of IRPEF already allocated by the State that you can assign to us. Direct donations (card, PayPal, bank transfer) directly fund the annual call. Every €3,000 raised = one mini-grant to a young oncologist. Statutory ETS constraint: funds do not finance operating costs.
€3,000 to the researcher — not to the laboratory. For conferences (ATS/ERS/ASCO), open-access publications, professional growth.
Those who participate in Strongers events co-fund the call. Those who donate online do the same, without running.
- €5 one week of access to an open-access scientific journal
