No. 5×1000 is a portion of taxes already paid to the State. Without your signature it remains with the State; with it, it goes to a Third Sector entity of your choice.
Can I allocate both 5×1000 and 8×1000?
Yes, they are independent. 5×1000 goes to Third Sector (ETS, research, volunteering), 8×1000 to religious denominations or the State. You can sign both.
When does Strongers receive the funds?
The Italian Revenue Agency disburses 5×1000 funds about 18-24 months after declaration. Example: signed in 2026 (fiscal year 2025), Strongers receives funds in 2027-2028.
