Together for something big
The Strait of Messina is a display of the force of nature: two seas meet, currents mix warm and cold water, and a steady wind pushes the water from north to south or the other way round.
Swimming across it is the gesture Strongers started with: the first crossing, in 2023, opened the fundraising for lung cancer research. In 2025 Valerio went back, this time as part of a group.
