Choose how many races
Here on strongers.org you choose from 1 to 4 individual races and pay online.
Complete your registration
You receive an email: enter your details and your competitive medical certificate, or your FIN Competitive or Master membership card. The race office approves them.

Pick your races among those with free places, declare your time and, if you like, create a relay team, join one with the captain's link or ask to be matched.
A real race
- 6-lane heats seeded on the time you declare: you swim with people at your pace.
- Amateur, Master and Competitive swimmers have separate rankings and finals: everyone competes for the podium of their own category.
- A final for each category in every individual race.
- Medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each category.

This year the relay is free. Swim at least one individual race and you unlock the 4×50 freestyle relays: men, women or mixed (2 men + 2 women), 6 teams each. You build the teams yourselves; if you have no team-mates, we match you.
How a team is formed
One of you creates the team
After paying, open your registration in “My Strongers”, choose the relay and name the team: you become the captain and get the team code.
Send the link to your team-mates
With the WhatsApp button, or by copying the link, you send it to the other three. Each must be registered with at least one individual race: the link opens their registration with the code already filled in, they just confirm.
With the fourth, you are in the race
When the fourth joins, the team takes one of the relay's 6 places. The mixed relay needs 2 men and 2 women: a third of the same sex cannot join.
No team-mates?
In your area choose “Match me” for the relay you want. We put together the people on the list, by hand or by draw, and email you your team-mates' names. Until you are matched you can still create a team or join one with a code.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a medical certificate?
Yes, a competitive medical certificate for swimming. If you hold a FIN Competitive or Master membership card for the 2026/27 season, it counts instead: to issue it, your club already had to obtain the competitive certificate. A Propaganda card is not enough. You add the certificate or card after payment and the race office approves it.
I don't have a FIN card: can I take part?
Yes. Add the €5 day insurance when you register, and upload a competitive medical certificate.
How many races can I swim?
Up to 4 individual races, that is all the races in the programme for your sex, plus the relays, which are free.
How are heats seeded?
On the time you declare when you choose your races: the fastest swim together, and those who do not declare a time go in the last heats.
How do the categories work?
Amateur, Master and Competitive swimmers have separate rankings and finals: your podium is the one of your category. Heats are seeded on the time you declare.
Are the relays really free?
Yes. They unlock with your first individual race and do not count towards the races you pay for. The captain creates the team and sends registered team-mates the link (WhatsApp too); if you have no team-mates, ask to be matched and we put you on a team.
What if a race is full?
You can choose another one, or join the queue: if a place frees up, the first in the queue takes it.
When does registration open and close?
It opens on Sunday 27 September 2026 at 12:00 and closes on Monday 16 November 2026 at 18:00, or earlier if places run out.
