THE PROJECT

Strongers Social Club, Sport Seza Frontiere and Polisportiva Silenziosa Romana kick off UNITED FOR SPORTS, a new annual event dedicated to sports and inclusion. A futsal tournament designed for kids aged 10-13, where sports become a bridge to friendship and personal growth.

Sports experience promoting inclusivity

Taking place on September 7th, the tournament seeks to foster social integration and inclusion through sports. By uniting young people from different backgrounds, we aim to build an environment of mutual understanding and respect, breaking down barriers.

Driven by a strong motivation

We believe that sports can be a powerful tool for personal growth. Through our tournament, we hope to instill in young people values like solidarity, tolerance, and mutual respect that will benefit them throughout their lives.

Collaboration

In partnership with Sport Senza Frontiere and Polisportiva Silenziosa Romana, we seek to establish a collaborative network dedicated to fostering more ambitious projects centered around sports and friendship.

Polisportiva Silenziosa Romana

La Polispostiva Silenziosa Romana is an amateur sports association in the capital, founded in 1928 and active in various sports with deaf athletes. In particular, it has futsal and basketball teams. In order to continue achieving important national and European successes, we are looking for new under-21 athletes with hearing impairments to help us renew and strengthen our teams in all disciplines: futsal, basketball, swimming, padel, beach volleyball, athletics, and many others.
Many people do not know that there are national and international championships and tournaments reserved for athletes with hearing impairments with a certified deficit of 55% or more. If you are an athlete with a hearing impairment or know someone, please contact us at info@psromana.it.
Our goal is to make our teams increasingly competitive and create a group of friends to support them. All deaf people are welcome, with or without hearing aids or cochlear implants, who want to have fun with us.
