Selection is merit-based: the Committee consists of 3 evaluators outside the Strongers Board. None are association members, none have conflicts of interest with candidates. Evaluation criteria are public (scientific quality 30 pt, clinical impact 20 pt, professional growth 35 pt, equity on prior funding 15 pt).
